Grrr.. Time to try and quit smoking again. It’s tough to quit smoking. I know because I have tried many times with no success. All the times I have tried to quit smoking I tried to quit cold turkey. In most cases that lasted about half a day and I went from being hell bent on quiting to that guy always bumming cigarettes off his friends. That lasts about another day until I feel guilty for bumming cigarettes and just buy my own. I was thinking of trying this product. A few people I know claim to have had good luck with it.

Maybe something like that will get me over the hump that going cold turkey never could accomplish. Time will tell.
